Launch Crash is a free-to-play entertainment game. No real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value is wagered, won, lost, or exchangeable at any time. All in-game currency, balances, and scores are entirely virtual, fictional, and hold zero real-world value. Nothing in this game constitutes gambling, betting, or financial activity of any kind.
By accessing, creating an account, or using Launch Crash in any capacity (including guest play), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this service. By using Launch Crash, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, game outcomes, scores, balances, leaderboard positions, or multiplayer functionality.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAUNCH CRASH, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED £0 (ZERO POUNDS STERLING), AS THIS IS A FREE SERVICE WITH NO MONETARY TRANSACTIONS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Launch Crash, its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; (d) your conduct in multiplayer games or interactions with other users; or (e) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the service.
You agree not to: (a) use offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate usernames; (b) manipulate game data, exploit bugs, or use automation tools; (c) interfere with other users' accounts or gameplay experience; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with client or server code; (e) impersonate other users or staff; (f) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or delete any account at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
Launch Crash provides multiplayer features including lobbies, real-time gameplay, and chat/interaction between users. We are not responsible for the behaviour, conduct, or communications of any user. You interact with other users entirely at your own risk. We do not monitor, moderate, or endorse any user-generated content or behaviour in real-time. We accept no liability for any harm, distress, or loss arising from interactions with other users.
We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, delete, or ban any account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without liability. Grounds for action include but are not limited to: violation of these terms, suspicious activity, offensive behaviour, exploitation of game mechanics, or any conduct we deem inappropriate. You have no right to compensation, reinstatement, or appeal in respect of any account action.
Crash points are generated using randomised algorithms. Each round is independent. Past results do not influence future outcomes. We make no guarantees about the statistical distribution, fairness, or predictability of outcomes. Game mechanics, probabilities, caps, and rules may change at any time without notice. Virtual balances, scores, and progress may be reset, modified, or deleted at any time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. We may update game features, rules, probabilities, caps, and mechanics at any time without prior notice.
All content, design, code, graphics, audio, and game mechanics are the property of Launch Crash or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the service without express written permission.
By using the service, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We accept no liability for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
The service relies on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase, Cloudflare, and Google Fonts). We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. Your use of the service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Launch Crash regarding your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
